El memorialista solicitó a la Corporación tomar las medidas necesarias que el juzgado de primera instancia verifique el cumplimiento de la sentencia T-493/13, al igual que conminar a dicha autoridad para que notifique a COLPENSIONES del inicio del incidente de desacato y que resuelva el mismo con prontitud y celeridad.
La Sala decide ABSTENERSE de tramitar el incidente de desacato, CONMINAR al Juzgado 35 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá para que adelante el incidente de desacato de forma oportuna y pronta y, REMITIR la petición del accionante a dicho despacho judicial para que obre dentro del expediente respectivo.
